回覆您透過電子郵件提出之各類詢問、聯繫與後續溝通。

三、蒐集之個人資料類別

  • 您於電子郵件中提供之資料：姓名（如有）、電子郵件地址、訊息內容及您自願提供的其他資訊。
  • 網站基本連線/安全紀錄（若有）：例如 IP 位址、時間戳、瀏覽器資訊（用於網站維運與安全）。
  • Google Maps 地圖（Google LLC，該第三方可能依其政策處理連線資料（例如 IP）。

四、利用期間、地區、對象及方式

  • 期間：最後一次聯繫後 12 個月。
  • 地區：美國（DigitalOcean 主機所在地）與德國（Alfahosting GmbH 電子郵件服務所在地）； 另若您使用/開啟第三方嵌入服務，該第三方可能於其他國家/地區處理資料。
  • 對象（Recipients）：本公司內部承辦人員；DigitalOcean（網站主機/基礎設施服務）； Alfahosting GmbH（電子郵件服務）；以及您主動使用之第三方嵌入服務供應商（如地圖服務）。
  • 方式：以電子方式保存、處理與使用（例如：收發郵件、內部紀錄與必要的技術維運）。

  • Period: 12 months after last contact.
  • Territory: United States (DigitalOcean hosting location) and Germany (Alfahosting GmbH email service location). If you use/open embedded third-party services, they may process data in other countries/regions.
  • Recipients: Our internal staff handling inquiries; DigitalOcean (website hosting/infrastructure); Alfahosting GmbH (email service); and any third-party embedded content providers you choose to use (e.g., map services).
  • Methods: Electronic storage and processing for email communication, internal records, and necessary technical operations.
